- My close friend who i went to the gym with changed. I couldnt understand why or how but when she mentioned she had become a Christian my heart started doing somersauts and i knew that God was speaking to me too. I went with her the next Sunday and gave my heart to the Lord. I had been searching for Him for years without even realising it. I have never looked back and He is the Joy of my life.

Ready to stretch
Matthew 9:17 And noone puts new wine into old wineskins. For the old skins would burst from the pressure, spilling the wine and ruining the skins. New wine is stored in new wineskins so that both are preserved.
